PERSOL is partnering with an industry-leading supply chain organisation to recruit a Warehouse Business Support Officer / Operations Support & Reporting Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a financial or analytical background who's eager to apply their skills in a dynamic logistics environment.

About the Role

Supporting the operations and procurement teams, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement across warehouse operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ordering of PPE and site consumables
  • Raise and manage purchase orders while liaising with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate procurement and financial records, including reconciliations and cost tracking
  • Build and manage dashboards and financial reports in Power BI
  • Analyse data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support decision-making
  • Assist in preparing internal communications, reporting packs, and project support materials
What We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI with an eye for numbers and reporting accuracy
  • Interest in financial analysis, process improvement, and commercial operations
  • Comfortable working in and around warehouse and logistics teams
  • A self-starter who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn
