• Salary: ENC/END $63,992 - $74,831 p.a (pro-rata) + Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
• Permanent Part Time position (hours to be negotiated), working over a 7-day roster

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This is a unique opportunity to hold an ongoing role but have the flexibility and opportunity to move around our sites and assist clinical teams during planned blocks of longer-term staffing absences which contributes to our goal of ensuring continuity of care for our patients.  You will be exposed to a variety of clinical settings to enable you to continue to build your skills and become a well-rounded practitioner – setting you up for career success.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• You will use your full range of skills as an Enrolled Nurse in various settings and sites across the Network to deliver patient centred care.
• You will be responsible for working collaboratively within a team of like-minded professionals to deliver such services in a timely and safe manner.
• You will ensure that all clinical guidelines and practices are applied whilst managing the needs of the patients

WE ARE TRULY A FLEXIBLE WORKING EMPLOYER

Holding all the benefits of being ongoing (permanent) employee of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Health Network, but with the flexibility to move around our sites to expand your skills and experience in various clinical areas is what we offer.  Whilst we provide this flexibility, our assignments are planned, and you will be given lots of notice to ensure your success.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards.  To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake.  These are detailed on the Role Description, but are likely to include the following:

• You will need to be immunised. Please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries.  Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy. Further information is in the application for to help guide you. 
• You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
• You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as an Enrolled Nurse within our organisation.
