Here is a great opportunity to join a prestigious, top-tier law firm, in the capacity of Billings Specialist. 

Reporting into the Billings Supervisor you'll work as part of a collaborative billings team. You will ensure that billing procedures are being followed and assist with the development, improvement and implementation of procedure

  • Working on all aspects of invoicing including write-offs, cancellation, and dispute resolution
  • Loading rate schedules and invoices via electronic databases
  • Periodic client billing, matter management and reporting to clients
  • Problem-solving for invoice presentation and scheduling
  • Set up and tailor invoicing to meet client requirements

About you

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years billings / invoicing experience ideally gained working in the professional services sector (highly preferred but not essential)

Regardless you will be an effective team player, with great attention to detail and communication skills.
