About the role

TAFE Gippsland is offering an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Enrolment Officer to join our Student Operations team at the Traralgon Campus

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for students, visitors and staff presenting at the Enrolments and Enquiries counter — ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and memorable from day one. You will assist students along their enrolment journey from initial application through to the processing of their enrolment. Your responsibilities will include conducting student enrolment appointments, managing behind-the-scenes enrolment processing, verifying student eligibility, processing payments, and overseeing all documentation related to student applications and enrolments with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong administrative skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential for success in this position.

Mandatory requirements

  • Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
  • Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
  • Current Driver's Licence (travel between campuses may be required)

This is a parental leave backfill role, and contract dates are subject to change, and is dependent on the incumbents chosen return to work date. A 6 month probationary period applies to this role.
