Nestled in the heart of the leafy green and heritage precinct of North Adelaide with a bustling city at its doorstep is North Adelaide Boutique Stays Accommodation a 27 room Hotel/Motel with boutique style luxury guest accommodation.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality star for a casual position in our Front Office.  You will be the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone of our guests' stay.  You will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance, local insights and exceptional service for our guests to make their stay a memorable experience.

Key Requirements & Skills for this role: -

· Ability to work 2 and a half days per week (daytime hours only)   20 hours per week

· Flexibility to work public holidays and weekends

· Motivated and ability to work on your own

· Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure and excellent time management skills

· Skilled at collaborating with a small team environment

· Proficiency in both written and verbal communication

· Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations.

· Previous experience in hotel front desk operations in a 4.5 Star Property is highly desired.

Primary Responsibilities; -

· Greet every guest with 4.5 Star hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed at check-in and check-out.

· Display proficiency in accurately handling reservations and manage guest accounts.

· Confidently communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration.

· Be the local legend, sharing information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems from your local knowledge.

· Conquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success stories.

· Promote hotel amenities and services available

· Oversee a small team of housekeepers with support to maintain high service standards of our 4.5 Star Property.

· Maintain the property to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
