The Role

They are currently seeking a carpenter / maintenance generalist to join their experienced team to attend to general repairs and maintenance works for their portfolio of luxury apartment projects throughout the Cronulla area.

Duties

·      Carry out general maintenance and repairs in luxury units

·      Complete minor projects (patching, painting, carpentry, tiling, fencing, etc.)

·      Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks

·      Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

·      Ensure works are completed to a high standard, on time and safely

·      Updating company internal system via tablet/phone with notes, photos, completed work orders etc. 

Experience Required

·     Trade Background as a Carpenter

·     Previous experience in handyman / maintenance / construction roles

·     A problem-solver with a can-do attitude

·     Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship
