Branch Customer Advisor – Banking

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Support NAB's branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do. You will be stationed at NAB's Bunbury branch, while occasionally supporting NAB's Busselton, Margaret River and Manjimup branches.
  • Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours
Join our team in this role
5 days per week
working Monday - Thursday 9am - 4:30pm and Friday 9am - 5:15pm.
