Receptionist / Admin

Are you a friendly and organised Receptionist looking for casual / part time work? Do you want to work in a modern, busy clinic with a young vibrant team?

We are looking for a casualReceptionist to join our gorwing team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow your skills, gain experience in a dynamic allied health environment.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming clients at the front desk, being the smiling face when they arrive

Handling reception tasks such as scheduling appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries.

Processing payments, health fund claims, and rebates.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.

Working closely with physiotherapists and allied health practitioners to achieve awesome customer service

What we're looking for

Previous medical or allied health reception experience (highly regarded but not essential, training provided).

Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and attention to detail.

Client-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment.

Confident with computer systems (experience with Nookal or similar software is a bonus)

A friendly, professional manner and willingness to support both the team and clients.

Mondays (PM/ into evening)

Tuesday (All day)

Thursday (PM/Into evening)

Hours will range on a casual basis between 18-25hrs per week.
