About the Role

As a key member of our front-of-house team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in members with warmth and professionalism

• Handling phone and email inquiries in a timely and helpful manner

• Processing memberships and payments with accuracy

• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe club environment — including the reception area, gym floor, and amenities

• Promoting Ironforge services, products, and member benefits

• Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive club culture for all

• Leading front desk operations, including outreach, lead generation, appointment bookings, walk-ins, and full membership sign-up process

Who You Are

• You have lawful working rights in Australia

• You bring customer service experience (ideally in fitness or retail)

• You're confident with basic computer systems and multitasking

• You're a people person with strong communication and organizational skills

• You enjoy working in a team but are also independent and self-driven

• You're passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed
