E&I Project Coordinator

Monadelphous is looking for experienced Project Coordinator with supervision experience to join our Offshore Energy division working with one of long-term clients. This role is on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ownership and accountability for Project scope preparation and execution.

* Early and continued participation in Work Pack Readiness Reviews within Plan Entry Compliance.

* Review and walk down of work packs on site.

* Review of Work Pack associated documents

* Review and walk down equipment isolations with team members.

* Supervise work force and provide Daily Pre-start meeting Toolbox talk.

* Liaise with other disciplines as required throughout Work Scope.

* Management and Supervision of Vendors, including Vendor timesheet review and signing.

* Responsible for ensuring Vendor provided a signed report prior to departing the facility.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience within the Oil and Gas industry

* Supervisory experience required

* Electrical experience (preferred)

* The ability to earn and maintain the respect of others by demonstrating credibility and integrity

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
