Gardens Residential Care in Salisbury
North.

As a Personal Care Attendant at Hawksbury
Gardens, you'll contribute to a caring, inclusive
environment where older people are supported to live with dignity,
purpose, and connection. While your day-to-day focus will be on
providing individual care, you'll also be helping to uphold
the rights and well-being of some of our most valued community
members.

About the Role

At Hawksbury Gardens, we aim to create more than just a place to
live; we strive to build a true sense of home for every resident.
In your role as a Personal Care Attendant, you'll provide
practical support with day-to-day needs while helping foster a
warm, respectful environment where residents feel safe, valued, and
connected.

What your day will look like:

  • Provide responsive and respectful personal care tailored to
    individual care plans
  • Work alongside Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure
    high standards of care
  • Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and other
    personal needs
  • Promote social connection and activity participation
  • Keep accurate records and ensure care plans are followed
    consistently

We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and
committed to delivering high-quality aged care.

What You Bring to the Role

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or
    equivalent
  • Have a current NDIS Worker Check (essential)
  • Have experience in personal care and aged care
    environments
  • Can work well independently and as part of a collaborative
    team
  • Show empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working
    with older people
