We're Hiring – Technical Trainer

Location: Perth

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sharing technical knowledge? Do you have experience as a Technical Trainer or Dual Trade I/E in the field? If so, we want to hear from you

We are a globally recognized leader in Small Bore Tubing Systems training and field services, and we're looking for a full-time Technical Trainer to join our team. Based at our Canning Vale facility, you'll play a key role in delivering hands-on and online training to customers across ANZ.

This role isn't just about delivering training—it's about making an impact You'll be steering our local training initiatives, coordinating resources, and collaborating with our global team to develop new training programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering certified training courses (we'll train you first)

Developing new courses with our experienced training team

Working with the sales team to identify customer training needs

Coordinating and managing training logistics (both in-house & on-site)

What We're Looking For:

A clear, engaging communicator who loves teaching

Comfortable speaking to both small and large groups

Strong organizational skills to manage training sessions

A flexible approach to different learning styles
