Key Responsibilities

• Assemble window & door components, including frames, glass, and hardware, to meet specifications.
• Safely and efficiently operate hand power tools and machinery.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What We're Looking For (preferred but not essential).

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Glazing
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Willingness to undergo Pre -Employment drug (urine) and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
