What You'll Be DoingGuest Experience & Service

  • Welcome, seat, and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve drinks with flair, following recipes and quality standards.

Team & Culture

  • Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Support a respectful, collaborative, and values-driven workplace.
  • Contribute ideas for service improvements and special events.

Operations & Organisation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and dining areas.
  • Support stock management, rotation, and preparation.
  • Assist in smooth execution of functions, events, and special dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a bar, café, or restaurant FOH role (premium dining experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while staying positive and professional.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage service, cocktails, and wine service is an advantage.
  • Team player with a proactive, friendly approach.
