What You'll Be DoingGuest Experience & Service
- Welcome, seat, and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks with flair, following recipes and quality standards.
Team & Culture
- Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support a respectful, collaborative, and values-driven workplace.
- Contribute ideas for service improvements and special events.

Operations & Organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and dining areas.
- Support stock management, rotation, and preparation.
- Assist in smooth execution of functions, events, and special dining experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, café, or restaurant FOH role (premium dining experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while staying positive and professional.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, cocktails, and wine service is an advantage.
- Team player with a proactive, friendly approach.
