About the role
Vivid Property Services is seeking a Bid Writer to join our team in Belrose, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for crafting compelling and winning proposals that secure new business opportunities for our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Research and understand client requirements to tailor bids and proposals that address their specific needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and develop persuasive content
- Write clear, concise and compelling bid documents that effectively communicate Vivid's value proposition
- Proofread and edit bid submissions to ensure they are error-free and of the highest quality
- Maintain a library of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency
- Provide feedback and recommendations to continuously improve the bid process
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Manager
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives
- Strong research and analytical skills to quickly understand client requirements
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with bid management software and tools
