We are seeking afull-time Broker Assistantto support a senior Broker to manage an established portfolio based in our Gold Coast office.
This is a huge opportunity to work for a friendly, professional and progressive company, and to assist in managing and growing an established portfolio of clients.
About the Role
As a General Insurance Broker Assistant, you'll work closely with our broker to support day-to-day operations, manage client files, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the general insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the broker with processing renewals, endorsements, and new business applications
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and underwriters
- Prepare quotes and policy documents
- Maintain accurate client records in our data management systems
- Provide administrative support and ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries
