Role Overview:

The Mesh Solution Designer will be responsible for designing, documenting, and delivering high-quality technical solutions in collaboration with product owners, architects, and development teams. This role involves defining functional and non-functional requirements, integrating multiple systems, and ensuring secure, scalable API designs while facilitating smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Collaborate with Product Owner and CTO/Architect to gather and analyze system functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create detailed solution documentation, outlining impacted systems, technical changes, and integration points.
  • Define business rules and map data from source to destination systems.
  • Ensure alignment with non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.).

API Development & Security

  • Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using
    Java Spring Boot
    .
  • Implement API security and data protection best practices (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Utilize
    Swagger/OpenAPI
    for API documentation.

Integration & Architecture

  • Design detailed system integration mappings.
  • Work on asynchronous/messaging-based architectures.

Project Execution & Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks and work with PM, dev, and business teams to mitigate them.
  • Break down requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve delivery roadblocks.

Stakeholder Communication & Agile Participation

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies to track and report on delivery progress, design, build, and testing phases.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Identify test scenarios for development and system testing.
  • Collaborate with System Testing/SVP/IAT teams for knowledge sharing and test case reviews.
  • Work with Security teams for code scanning and penetration testing setup.

Technical Skills
