About the role

Soulfresh APAC Pty Ltd, a leading provider of natural and organic food products, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Sales Cadet to join our dynamic Queensland sales team. As a Sales Cadet, you will play a crucial role by assisting the growth and success of our company by developing our brands and strong relationships with our existing customer base.

Working alongside our energetic Queensland field team across the independent supermarket network, this full-time position offers the opportunity to gain valuable sales experience and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working within our field team in-stores; merchandising, filling stock, building displays, and strengthening our brands and presence
• Upselling and maximising shelf space to help drive sales and brand visibility
• Developing strong relationships with store managers and our key customers
• Learning the ropes of FMCG sales while getting hands-on experience in the field
• Identifying new opportunities to grow our brands within your role
• Representing the Soulfresh product range with energy, confidence, and pride

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated sales or customer service experience, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Passion for health, wellness and sustainable living
• A motivated "go-getter"; ambitious and eager to learn
