Gourmania is seeking experienced and talented individuals to join our expanding and dynamic food manufacturing team in Bayswater, Western Australia. We have various full-time roles available to contribute to the production of our high-quality, innovative food products. Roles

  • Cooks/Chefs

  • Pick and Pack Operators

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients to create our signature food products

  • Ensuring all kitchen operations adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards

  • Collaborating with the broader team to develop new recipes and innovative menu items

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment

  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing the Gourmania brand with pride

What we're looking for

  • Formal chef or cook qualification and demonstrable experience in a commercial kitchen environment

  • Excellent culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques and plating/presentation

  • General Kitchen Hands to assist in the food manufacturing processes

  • Pick and Pack Operators to facilitate the packaging and warehouse department

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Passion for food, creativity and a drive to constantly improve your culinary skills
