We're looking for a Leasing Agent (Field Agent) to join our growing team at Invida Property Management, covering Byford, Hilbert, and nearby suburbs.

If you're a people-person who loves being out and about, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in presenting properties at their best — this role is for you.

(Applicants based in or near Byford / Hilbert will be highly regarded.)

As our on-the-ground representative, you'll be responsible for leasing properties, conducting viewings, and ensuring a seamless experience for both tenants and owners.

This role also involves supporting the team during periods of leave and maintaining our high standards across all properties.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting property viewings and managing leasing enquiries
• Engaging professionally with prospective tenants and assisting them through the application process
• Ensuring all enquiries are entered and tracked accurately in Inspection Express, PropertyMe, and Reapit
• Completing entry and exit condition reports with attention to detail on occasion.
• Conducting routine inspections and reporting maintenance issues on occasion.
• Ensuring House Rules are clearly displayed in shared properties
• Replacing small inventory items (e.g., from IKEA) as directed by the Property Manager
• Providing detailed feedback and reports to the Property Manager and Virtual Assistants
• Filling in for team members on annual leave, assisting with viewings, entries, and exits as required

Essential:

• Current WA A Registration Certificate
• Current Full Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
• Strong experience in leasing and enquiry management
• Proficiency in Inspection Express, PropertyMe, and Reapit
• Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• High level of technical ability and comfort using mobile apps and digital systems

Desirable:

• Knowledge of co-living management
