We currently have a position available to join a town maintenance (Parks and Gardens) crew to assist with the upkeep of recreation areas, parks, sporting fields and public amenities in the Bathurst area.

  • Casual role, full time hours of work for approximately 2-3 months with exact duration to be determined by seasonal conditions.
  • Seeking genuine team players - immediate start of work is available for the right applicant.
  • Construction Induction Certificate (white card) and a current unincumbered driver licence are a must. MR licence or above would be an advantage.

Previous experience in the operation of plant and equipment such as: lawn mowers, small tractors, edge/line trimmers, hedgers, chainsaws and hand tools is imperative to succeed in this position.

Previous experience in a similar role with gardening, grounds maintenance, irrigation work or landscaping will be highly desirable.

  • Are physically capable for strenuous physical work tasks in a variety of weather conditions
