How will you contribute to our success?:

  • Post fixture activities associated with support coastal shipping operations
  • Work with accounting to ensure the accuracy of voyage invoicing (demurrage, freight, etc.)
  • Voyage management system (IMOS) data input (contracts, laytime terms, port costs etc.)
  • Review and update IMOS with voyage documentation (bills of lading, SOF, etc.)
  • Work with Chartering and Schedulers to ensure current vessel schedule is up to date and maintained in IMOS
  • Prepare Laytime calculations for approval by vessel operators
  • Analyse charter parties and voyage documents, clarify events with Agents, Masters, Operators and calculate demurrage

The skills you will bring to our team:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a shipping / post-fixture environment
  • Intermediate user of Excel
  • Ability to Learn
