As a key member of our team, you'll receive on-the-job training, mentoring and formal study support while playing a vital role in delivering outstanding cleanliness and hospitality. Whether our guests are here for business, leisure, or any other reason, your focus will be on making them feel welcome, anticipating their needs and ensuring their experience is exceptional at every step.

This hands on role is ideal for someone who's passionate about delivering great service and excited to step into a leadership position. You'll be trained to support and lead a housekeeping team, including learning how to train and mentor staff, assist with rostering, manage stock levels and handle ordering as part of your development into a Team Leader role.

Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to an exceptional standard;
  • Deliver the very best personalised service and help create loyal guests and visitors;
  • Implement improvements based on guest feedback to minimise any concerns or complaints;
  • Be trained to support the housekeeping team by learning how to train and mentor new and existing staff;
  • Be trained in creating rosters and managing team schedules;
  • Learn to monitor stock and consumables and assist with ordering to maintain supply levels;
  • Work as a team to ensure we have the highest quality property with cleanliness and maintained facilities that are second to none.

About You:

  • Some experience in a housekeeping environment is preferred, but not essential — a genuine passion for service excellence is a must;
  • An eagerness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities;
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards;
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours including some nights and weekends;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
