Position Description:


• Focused on having meaningful and courageous conversations with our end-user, to build trust, drive safe execution and encourage continuous improvement.


• Supports and enables Delivery Partners to fulfil Scope of Works aligned with project schedule and Project Execution Plan.


• Monitors HSE quality, compliance and applies appropriate methodologies/standards to deliver safe construction.


• Drives continuous improvement initiatives regarding schedule and cost optimisation.


• Manages Delivery Partner productivity and strives for continuous improvement.


• Identifies and assesses risks, makes risk informed decisions, uses BHP's risk management framework and builds a risk aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes.


• Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.


• Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.


• Knows our customer and is committed to meeting their needs.
