ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIY
Vivid Travel Dunsborough is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic School-Based Trainee to join their team in a Business Administration / Receptionist role. This is an excellent opportunity for a student currently completing Year 10 or above to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Certificate III in Business.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES 
The successful trainee will be involved in a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including:

  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers in-store and with trade partners
  • Recording payments and maintaining client databases
  • Booking flights, hotels, buses, transfers, tours, and cruises
  • Processing paperwork and complying with relevant regulations
  • Engaging in online training modules

MINMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of Year 10
  • Police Clearance
  • Willingness to engage in online training and comply with business standards
