Senior Project Accountant

Our Client, a mid sized commercial services business, based in the northern suburbs, is looking for a Senior Project Accountant.
We are looking for a person who enjoys being involved in the business, understanding what's driving performance and assisting with solving issues.
The role will is a contract position, for 9 to 12 months, which has the possibility of permanency post the interim engagement.
The company continues to grow through acquisition and organic expansion.
The company offers 4 days in the office and 1 at home, and long term moving to 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Reports into the CFO.
- Complex WIP with revenue/expense recognition
- Late costs
- Adjustments and multi-year reconciliations
- Restatements
- Tax accounting (reconciling book vs tax with trading trusts and preparing adjustment workpapers)
It would be highly advantageous, if you also have experience in consolidating accounts and eliminations.
Salary package of $140,000 plus super', plus holiday and annual leave accrual (prorated).
