About the role

We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our Sportspower Colonnades team.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our vibrant retail store.

This is a full-time role based in our Norwood, SA location.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of your team
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to implement strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the sporting goods or fitness industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive in-store experience
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial management to drive store performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
