Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation, and review of resident care plans
- Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
- Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
- Monitor, record, and communicate residents' conditions and needs accurately
- Safely administer medications
- Provide wound care
- Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing.
Hours of Work
- Flexibility: Casual roles
- Shifts that suit you: AM, PM, and Night Duty available

- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
- NDIS check (includes police check)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
