Operating for over 15 years, Platinum Pool Care have built up a loyal base of regular clientele in both commercial and domestic swimming pool cleaning and maintenance. With an ever-growing regular customer base and business, we are looking for an experienced full time Pool Technician and a Pool Cleaner to join our Gold Coast HQ in Currumbin Waters. The Role

We are looking to ramp up our sevice operations in so we have two positions available

So we are looking for an experienced swimming pool technician and an experienced pool cleaner to join the team. Successful applicants will have a pleasant and confident manner and excellent organisational and time management skills. A high level of customer service skills is also helpful in progressing in either of these positions. In this role, you will be responsible for general pool maintenance, fault finding, installations and cleaning duties as well and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning domestic and commercial swimming pools
  • Chemical testing and balancing
  • Fault finding
  • Installation of various pool equipment and general repairs (Technician).
  • Exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Full and current manual driver's licence.
  • Must be honest & reliable.
  • Excellent Time management
  • Be able to work unsupervised.
  • Pool cleaning experience preferred but not necessary (Pool Cleaner Position)
  • Pool technician experience necessary (Pool Technician Position)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of pool technician experience required.
  • Great problem-solving skills (Pool Technician Position)
  • Have good knowledge of pool & spa equipment (Pool Technician Position)
  • Working knowledge of pool equipment is essential for the technician role.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
