We are on the search for a restaurant manager

This role is a Full time position and the candidate must be available weekends

Only candidates currently living in Australia and that send resumes will receive a response.

To be a successful candidate for the role you should be confident and knowledgable in all front of house operations, and also have good wine knowledge and cocktail making skills

In addition

  • You will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, and also have excellent bar and cocktail making skills, you're a hospitality expert, have a passion for training, leading & mentoring teams.
  • Manage front and back of house operations
  • Experience in achieving Sales targets and cost budgets
  • Working product knowledge of all food and beverage and the ability to impart knowledge to staff
  • Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
  • Assist in new menu promotions and marketing drives
  • Conduct staff training sessions and daily briefings
