We're on the hunt for a results-driven sales and customer service professional to help us raise the bar even higher. You'll help customers find their dream bikes, build long-term relationships, and support the day-to-day store rhythm.

Alchemy Cycle Trader is based in Ferntree Gully, it's a family-owned business built on a deep love of cycling. We specialise in both pre-owned and new bikes, proudly offering "Every Brand. Every Style. Every Era." Whether it's a high-end road bike, a classic vintage frame, or the latest e-bike, our passion is sharing and connecting with other cycling enthusiasts. What You'll Be Doing

• Helping customers in-store and via phone and email
• Following up with past customers to check satisfaction and spark repeat sales
• Providing support to the Store Manager by keeping things on track and solving problems before they appear
• Analysing sales and marketing data to share wins, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
• Working closely with a small, values-driven team that loves bikes, people, and doing things properly
