Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Science Coordinator located in Auburn, NSW. The Science Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of science curricula, coordinate educational activities, and support teachers in delivering high-quality science education. They will analyze and utilize data for program improvements and ensure compliance with educational standards. The role also involves fostering collaboration among the teaching staff and contributing to the overall academic success of students.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Science Education and Science, with a deep understanding of curriculum development
  • Experience in Education and familiarity with instructional methodologies and practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Statistics for evaluating educational outcomes
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, teachers, and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage programs and initiatives
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar coordination or leadership role is advantageous
