Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Waterworld Pool Shop Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

If you have a background in retail and customer service, enjoy engaging with people, and have a desire to learn, this could be the perfect role for you. Experience in the pool industry is a plus, but not necessary – we will provide training.

About the Role

You'll be the welcoming face greeting customers in-store, offering advice, and ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting customers with product selection and advice
  • Testing and analysing pool water (training provided)
  • Maintaining a well-presented and stocked store
  • Processing sales and managing POS transactions, including job bookings
  • Supporting our service team with customer inquiries
  • Provide courteous assistance in carrying and placing products into customer cars

What We're Looking For

  • Casual position
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Trustworthy and reliable – you'll often work independently and be entrusted with opening and closing the store
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Eagerness to learn technical skills and product knowledge
  • Ambition to advance
