Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a State Operations Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. As the State Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure streamlined program delivery, maintain compliance with educational and organisational standards and manage logistics. The role also involves hiring, training and managing a team of educators, liaising with schools and stakeholders and driving program growth through outreach and strategy implementation.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Operational and program management experience, including logistics, compliance and quality assurance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities for liaising with schools, partners and organisations
- Strategic planning and execution skills to drive growth and improve program delivery
- Organisational and multitasking capabilities to ensure the seamless management of daily operations
- Experience in education or creative programs and a passion for fostering innovation and creativity in young people
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Availability to work on-site and travel within the Greater Sydney Area as required
