About Your Role:
We are actively looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Youth Workers to join our team in the Hornsby area and its nearby suburbs.
As an agency-based Youth Worker with HCA, you will:
- Deliver exceptional care to clients residing in SIL, SDA, in‑home, or group home settings
- Support individuals with a wide range of mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities
- Follow personalised care plans to ensure each person's needs and goals are met.

About Us:
Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a national organisation that provides agency staffing services to the Healthcare Sector.
What You Need:
- Minimum 6 months of Youth Work experience
- Must have Bachelor's or Diploma of Community Service
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Valid NSW Working with Children's Check for paid employment
- Valid NDISWC number
- National Police Check
- Full NSW Driver's license
