The Company

Sovereign Valuations provides valuation and advisory services, specialising in valuations for a range of purposes including compulsory acquisition, commercial finance, litigation, balance sheet reporting and development finance. The company has built a reputation for delivering high quality advice for complicated valuation matters, resulting in increasing demand for our services.

The Role

This newly created role provides an exciting opportunity for a Director (CPV) to lead the further growth of our QLD office. In this role, you will undertake specialised valuation whilst contributing to the strategic growth of the company and management of staff. You will be able to hit the ground running with our existing client base and will have the support of staff.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Well-regarded within the QLD valuation market
  • Ability to undertake specialised valuations
  • CPV qualified with the API
  • Management experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work within a collaborative team environment and also autonomously when required
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Remuneration

Base salary of $250,000 to $300,000 plus bonus structure
