Cube Performance Centre is where high performance meets precision. We build, tune, and service some of Australia's fastest, most finely engineered bikes — and we're looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our crew.

We're not your average motorcycle workshop — we live and breathe high performance. From race builds and custom tunes and performance upgrades, every day brings something new, fast, and exciting.

You'll need sharp diagnostic skills, the confidence to work independently, and the drive to deliver top-quality results under pressure. Ducati experience is a big plus.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Servicing and repairing a wide range of motorcycles with a focus on performance and precision
  • Diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately — no guesswork
  • Performing upgrades, tuning, and performance modifications
  • Working independently and managing your workflow to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualification as a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic
  • Proven experience working on Ducati motorcycles (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving workshop
  • A genuine passion for bikes and performance engineering
