This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety.

About You

Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.

Prioritising work so that the production and maintenance requirements are met

Ensuring safe work methods are implemented and applied

Conduct Daily pre start meetings

Be able to monitor your crews' competencies and training requirements.

Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.

MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket.

Hold a Shotfirers ticket and DGSC.

Senior First Aid certificate.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.
