We are passionate about our clients and are looking for the next addition to our Heating and Cooling service and installation team. As a HVAC Technician with LEAF, your job brief is simple - diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems while guiding clients toward informed and confident buying decisions. You'll accomplish this by delivering an extraordinary client experience - offering expert solutions, building trust and ensuring top-quality service every step of the way.

To be great at this role, we need someone who loves to be busy, is the ultimate multi-tasker and is a customer service superstar. You'll be: -

• Licensed (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with ARC Licence) with knowledge of local HVAC requirements;

• Competent at making sensible on-the-job decisions;

• Focussed on providing a high level of service and client satisfaction; and are punctual, reliable and thorough;

• Great at diagnosing faults across multiple brands of heating and cooling systems;

• Used to juggling competing priorities and pride themselves on their productivity;

• Punctual, reliable and thorough;

• An effective time manager and comfortable dealing with interruptions to your day; and

• Motivated by both individual and team goals.
