Job Description:

We have an opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented dispatch operator to work in our friendly team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. You will also be involved in the receipt of goods to our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer deliveries, ensuring order accuracy.
  • Prepare paperwork.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.

Requirements:

  • Sense of urgency - able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience working in Dispatch in a manufacturing setting.
  • Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Computer and ERP systems literacy
  • Experience using RF Scanner desirable
