Joinery Draftsperson

We are a growing joinery manufacturer on the hunt for an experienced Draftspersonto join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, dedicated to delivering high-quality residential joinery projects across Southeast Queensland.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation to support the design and manufacturing process
• Interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate, high-quality design outputs
• Utilise MOZAIK software to create 2D and 3D models and construction drawings.
• Ensure design deliverables comply with relevant standards, regulations, and customer specifications
• Collaborate with production manager and estimator to ensure project requirements are met.

What We're Looking For:

• You are proficient in MOZAIK software and have the capability to develop drawings that can be used to manufacture projects.
• You have strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing and installation processes and hardware and materials specific to the trade.
• You can read and interpret plans and architectural drawings, tenders and job requirements from builders and clients.
• You can confidently problem-solve and manage multiple projects and varied client requirements.
• You have confident communication skills and have a professional demeanour, to liaise with designers, builders and clients where required.
• A positive attitude, good attention to detail and an eagerness to learn will be beneficial to your success in this busy role.

Pay will be determined in accordance with experience.
