About the role

Get paid to play Our childminding facilities provide a great service to the many mothers frequenting our club.

Contribute to the empowering Fernwood experience. Use your expertise to supervise and manage the operation of our play centre, ensuring all children are safe and supported while their parent is exercising and enjoying the club's facilities.

About you

  • You are a creative and playful woman, able to relate to children of varying ages.
  • Hands-on, positive, enthusiastic attitude with an even temperament.
  • Flexible availability: Monday to Friday 9:20 am - 12:20 pm and Saturday 7:45am - 10:45am. Currently we are requiring Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Saturday covers (may be subject to change).

Skills & experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Must hold a valid Police Record Check (no more than 6 months old).
  • Must hold a current Working with Children Check.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate with CPR for children and EpiPen
  • Certificate in Asthma Management is highly regarded.
