Today, the G & A Lombardi name is synonymous in WA with Trailer Sales, Spare Parts, Service and Repairs. Located in Forrestfield, the company has gained a solid reputation for its prompt and efficient Servicing and Repairs.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Spare Part Interpreters to join our team. This position is a full-time role and will require you to work Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and a rostered Saturday (When working a Saturday, the following Friday is a half day).

Primary Duties will be:

Working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm & a rostered Saturday 8.00 – 12.00pm.

Actively promote, sell, and supply parts to our valued customers.

Using specialist knowledge gained, interpret customer (both internal and external) parts requirements via phone, email and over the counter.

Offer prompt, effective and friendly customer service to increase customer satisfaction.

Prepare and process documents such as purchase orders, invoices and inventory documents.

Assist with parts warehousing, maintaining parts inventory and stock take activities.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the work environment.

Pickups and deliveries as required.

The suitable applicant will have:

  • Must have experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter (does not need to be trailer related).
  • A current manual driver's licence (Essential).
  • Must have a valid forklift license.
  • A positive can-do attitude and be a team player.
  • Good time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and be part of a team.
  • Hard working and willingness to learn and apply the skill taught.
  • Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.
