About The Role
This role leads planning and scheduling for Construction & Fabrication Activities (C&FA) within the maintenance team. You'll ensure seamless alignment of project and maintenance execution, driving transparency and efficiency across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead activity placement and planning/readiness for C&FA, ensuring schedules align across projects and maintenance.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Primavera P6 schedules, aligned with SAP and ensuring traceability of changes.
  • Provide schedule oversight for Engineering & Construction contractors, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Drive transparency through Power BI reporting, portfolio tracking, and contractor performance reviews.
  • Support project gating, readiness, and integration of C&FA work into IAP processes to maximise production outcomes.

About You
You're a skilled planner or scheduler with strong P6 and SAP experience, and a solid understanding of maintenance and project integration. You're detail-focused, proactive, and confident leading readiness activities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Primavera P6 essential.
  • Power BI experience highly regarded.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
