We are seeking a reliable and experienced asphalt labourer/operator to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. We work 40-60 hours per week and occasionally work night shift.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in asphalting and asphalt operations, with a strong commitment to safety.

Experience in commercial road construction, car parks, or residential driveways

While you bring expertise, we also offer opportunities for further training to expand your skills and advanced your career.

Essential requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Handling asphalt correctly - Shoveling and Raking

Desirable skills:

  • VOC's for asphalt paving equipment including Paver, Loader, Roller. (Training available)
  • MR Heavy Vehicle licence (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
  • RIW card
