Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Administrator / Junior Loan Writer role based in Yarralumla. The responsibilities include assisting clients through the loan application process, reviewing and preparing loan documentation, coordinating with lenders and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, managing client communications, and supporting the mortgage broker team with administrative and processing duties.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in loan documentation preparation and knowledge of lending processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address client and lender queries.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use loan management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Previous experience in the mortgage, finance, or banking industry is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in finance, business administration, or a related field are a plus.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting deadlines efficiently.
