About the Role

My client is looking for a Data Scientist to help turn complex data into clear insights that support decision-making and business growth. This role combines technical skills with problem solving and collaboration, working closely with teams across the organisation to deliver practical data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support business goals.
  • Create clear data visualisations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Work with engineers, analysts and business teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across projects.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
  • Experience with Python or R for analysis and modelling.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib).
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
