Australian Director of Sales
to drive their mission of protecting people, property, and the planet. With their recent acquisition of an Australian-based powerhouse with over 30 years of expertise in spill containment and industrial safety, our client is expanding their footprint in the Asia-Pacific and needs a visionary leader to steer the way

The Opportunity
As the
Australian Director of Sales
, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and take ownership of brand-specific sales and product strategy. This is your chance to shape the future of safety solutions in Australia, driving growth, building relationships, and delivering customised solutions for end-users and OEM customers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Vision
: Develop and execute a product sales strategy, set, track, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals. Lead 5 sales managers and 15 indirect reports nationally - Drive Growth
: Boost revenue through strategic engagement with distributors, end-users, and OEMs, while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Innovate and Strategise
: Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless product planning and delivery. - Build Relationships
: Cultivate strong partnerships with leading distributors and customers, leveraging 30+ years of industry trust. - Own the Numbers
: Manage annual operating plans, profit margins, pricing plans, and stocking strategies to meet financial and customer goals.

Ideally You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- 5+ years of sales and sales management experience in the safety or industrial channel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerBi.
- Ideally based in Melbourne, relocation is available or willingness to do the travel
- Established networks within mining, manufacturing, logistics or construction
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (by car or air) – Teams in QLD, NSW, VIC & WA
