Job Description

  • Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in Aerospace/Automotive Sectors.
  • Expertise with AS9102 & AS9100 requirements (Minimum 4 years of experience)
  • Hands on experience on FAI creation, review, and approval
  • Hands on experience in process planning & Inspection plans
  • Exposure to Machined, Sheet- Metal, Composite commodities.
  • Relevant certifications such as AS9102 FAI signatory
  • Hands on experience in tools such as Net Inspect, Discus & Teamcenter is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to special processes & NDT requirements
  • Working Knowledge of GD&T concepts
  • Experience in AS9145, PPAP Elements creation, review and approval is an added advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Quality analysis (RRCA, Fish bone, 5 Why etc..) and must have demonstrated effective implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
