As an Auto Electrician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You'll work with a variety of vehicles and technology from light commercial vehicles to heavy machinery, in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

What We're Looking For

Service Call Technician

• Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician (Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent)
• Aircon qualified and valid licence
• Minimum of 3 years experience in vehicle electrical diagnostics and repairs
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and fault-finding
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship
• Current manual driver's licence
• Australian work rights are required for this position

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles and equipment, referring larger jobs back to the workshop
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems on the road
• Conduct testing with diagnostic equipment and software
• Aircon degassing and re-gassing for our account customers
• Work closely with other technicians to ensure efficient turnaround times
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
